Helen Reading

Helen is an ACC treatment Provider, registered Social Worker with 10 years’ experience and a member of Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Social Work.  With previous experience working within the family harm sector, she brings invaluable knowledge and skills specific to supporting victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse and trauma. Helen also provides support in tamariki development, neurodivergence, parenting, mental health, and addiction. Helen works therapeutically with individuals & whānau from diverse backgrounds and has experience and understanding of a complex range of presentations, diagnoses and whānau dynamics. 

Helen’s practice ethos is underpinned by the belief that given the support, opportunity, and access to appropriate resources; all individuals have the innate capacity to reach their full potential and achieve wellbeing.
